Located in a historic part of town, Fazio’s Italian Restaurant sits in a neighborhood where generations of immigrant families from diverse backgrounds settled more than 80 years ago to build a better life in America. At the time, the building was surrounded by small, family-run food service businesses owned by their neighbors—creating a close-knit and vibrant culinary community.

Today, while the surrounding area has evolved and is now home to larger service industries, the spirit of hospitality remains unchanged.

When owners' Danny & Marsha Fazio put the restaurant up for sale, a group of investors—led by businessman Doug Skaff Jr. and restaurateur Vicente Cruz—stepped in to preserve its legacy. Their goal: to continue a tradition rooted in passion, pride, and timeless Italian flavors. With a commitment to homemade cuisine and an authentic atmosphere, Fazio’s lives on as a celebration of Italian heritage and heartfelt hospitality.
